## ¿Por qué nace the F code?

Las mujeres estamos sub-representadas en la industria de tech y esto genera una brecha económica y social.  
**Económica**, porque la industria tech es la de más alto crecimiento salarial, y al dejar a las mujeres por fuera estamos aumentando la brecha salarial entre hombres y mujeres.

**Social **porque al no tener representación femenina en nuestros equipos de desarrollo y tecnología estamos creando **aplicaciones y soluciones solo con la visión de los hombres**, lo cual las hace menos efectivas para el 50% de la sociedad.

1. En Latin America, las mujeres representamos menos de 30% de personas empleadas en la industria Tech.
2. Con el rápido desarrollo de la tecnología, se estima que ciertas profesiones se extingan. Estas profesiones son realizadas en su mayoría por mujeres, por lo que cada vez más, las mujeres van a verse excluidas del trabajo formal.
3. Reducir la brecha de género en el sector de TECH deriva en grandes beneficios para la sociedad, al fomentar el crecimiento económico, reducir niveles de pobreza y mejorar el acceso a una educación de calidad.

4. Las carreras en tech demuestran ser las que generan mayor inclusión al mundo laboral cerrando la brecha de acceso al trabajo, y las mujeres no están logrando capitalizar esta oportunidad. Buscamos que más mujeres puedan aprovechar ser parte de estas carreras que tienen acceso a múltiples profesiones

## ¿Cuál es nuestro objetivo?

Los miembros de The F Code** nos unimos para promover la inclusión laboral y el desarrollo profesional de mujeres en el campo de la tecnología**, específicamente en el área de software development. 

Reconocemos que la inclusión de las mujeres en la tecnología es un **motor esencial para la innovación y el desarrollo** y que la inclusión de mujeres en roles técnicos no solo es “lo que está bien” ni un imperativo ético, sino también una **ventaja competitiva que impulsa el crecimiento** de nuestras empresas y de la industria tech en su conjunto.

### ICP-Brasil Certification Authority (Separate Product)
